GAIL BLAIR founded Sierra Dental Consulting in the Reno area in 2002 and opened the Las Vegas office in 2005, after a 20+ year career in the dental field. Gail began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in Southern California, then moved into a front office role, and ultimately became a Business/Office Manager. She has substantial experience managing successful dental practices, including two start-up practices, and has managed both general and orthodontic practices.





JASON CHARTIER joined Sierra Dental Consulting in 2005, and was instrumental in the opening of the Las Vegas office, and in his role of Director of Marketing & Information Systems oversees new initiatives in information technology and marketing for the firm. Prior to joining Sierra Dental Consulting, Jason was a Project Manager with an international software provider, where he assisted client companies in the implementation of business applications.
